Ibrahimovićs PSG Suspension Reduced on Appeal

Zlatan Ibrahimović's suspension has been reduced on appeal, meaning the Swedish striker will be available for Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League semi-final second leg against Barcelona.

Ibrahimović was initially banned for four matches after being sent off in the first leg of the tie, but that has now been reduced to two games.

The French Football Federation (FFF) announced the decision on Wednesday, saying that Ibrahimovic's "good conduct" since the incident had been taken into account.

The decision is a major boost for PSG, who will be without Marco Verratti and Thiago Silva for the match at the Camp Nou.

Barcelona won the first leg 3-1, but PSG will be confident of overturning the deficit with Ibrahimovic in their team.

The Swedish striker has been in excellent form this season, scoring 25 goals in all competitions.

He will be looking to add to that tally when PSG travel to Barcelona on Tuesday.
